A: To receive an accurate quote, please provide us with a 3D CAD solid model in Step, IGS, or X_T format. Two-dimensional (2D) drawings are usually insufficient for precise quoting or manufacturing. Additionally, please specify your requirements regarding quantity, surface treatment, color, material, and the application environment.
Q2: What are the payment options?
A: We offer various payment methods, including bank wire transfer, PayPal, Western Union, T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), and other options. You can choose the most convenient payment method for you.
Q3: Will Hongsinn sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)?
A: Yes, if signing an NDA brings you peace of mind, we are more than willing to do so. However, please note that even without an NDA, we guarantee the confidentiality of your design. Our factory is equipped with surveillance cameras.
