A: For payment amounts less than or equal to 600 USD, we require 100% payment in advance. For payment amounts exceeding 600 USD, we request a 30% T/T (bank transfer) payment in advance, with the balance due before shipment.
Q: What is your delivery time?
A: The delivery time is typically 2 to 3 days for samples and 3 to 20 days for mass production after receiving payment. The exact timeframe depends on the quantity of the order.
