Our encoder code disc retaining rings are manufactured using advanced CNC precision machining technology. Dimensional tolerances are strictly controlled within ±0.005mm, and roundness error is less than 0.003mm. Even at high speeds, they maintain excellent dynamic balance performance, effectively reducing vibration and noise, ensuring high-precision operation of the robot encoder.
The retaining ring is designed to match the coefficient of thermal expansion, maintaining a consistent expansion rate with the glass or metal code disc during temperature changes. It has undergone temperature cycling (-40℃ to +85℃), vibration (5–2000Hz), and durability (over 10 million insertion/removal cycles) testing to ensure stable operation in various harsh environments.
Made of aerospace-grade 7075-T6 aluminum alloy with a hard anodized surface (thickness 25±5μm, hardness HV400), it boasts excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance. Its lightweight design reduces weight by approximately 60% compared to traditional stainless steel, lowering robot joint rotational inertia and improving dynamic response.
Easy installation is achieved with a guiding structure and error-proof design, minimizing the risk of encoder damage.
